About Simulytica

Engineering Systems for Real Plant Operation

Simulytica develops engineering systems for oil & gas and process industries, helping engineers and operators better understand how industrial facilities actually operate.

Our Story

Why We Started Simulytica

Industrial facilities have become increasingly complex, yet the technologies used to understand them have remained fragmented. Simulation supports engineering. Monitoring supports operations. OEM tools focus on individual equipment. Historians collect data. Dashboards display trends. Engineers operators are left to connect these technologies themselves.

Simulytica was founded in 2018 to change that.

Rather than providing another software tool, we build engineering systems around each customer's facility, giving engineers and operators one coordinated understanding of how the plant actually operates.

Industry Experience

Extensive Experience Across Real Operating Facilities

Simulytica combines decades of experience across turbomachinery, compression systems, process facilities, thermodynamics, performance monitoring, simulation within the oil & gas and process industry.

Our engineers have worked alongside operators, OEMs, and engineering teams across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and South America, supporting production facilities, compressor stations, gas processing, LNG, and other complex industrial operations.

This experience spans both modern and legacy facilities, providing practical insight into plant behaviour, production capability, equipment performance, operational constraints, and the engineering challenges faced throughout the operational life of industrial assets.

Engineering & Operational Delivery

Working Alongside Engineering and Operational Teams

Simulytica supports customers across engineering studies, operational analysis, production improvement, plant-performance evaluation, compression-system understanding, and facility-wide operational visibility across oil & gas and process facilities.

Using plant design information, operating data, process interaction, controls, recycles, and compression-system configuration, Simulytica develops engineering systems aligned with real plant operation.

The platform integrates with existing operational environments including historians, OEM technologies, engineering workflows, plant infrastructure, and third-party operational systems across both modern and legacy facilities.

Viable Digital Twins

Understanding Real Plant Behaviour Requires One Engineering System

Traditional industrial technologies were developed independently as monitoring systems, simulators, controls, OEM tools, dashboards, and engineering applications.

Simulytica was founded to develop a fundamentally different approach capable of continuously representing and coordinating real plant behaviour across simulation, monitoring, thermodynamics, compression systems, controls, recycles, and interacting process operation within one executable plant architecture.

This allows operators and engineers to better understand plant response, machinery performance, efficiency, production capability, and operating limits while simplifying deployment across engineering and operational environments. Rather than relying on disconnected monitoring systems, simulations, dashboards, and OEM tools, Simulytica delivers one engineering system built around the facility itself.

Beyond Fragmented Industrial Systems

Traditional industrial environments often rely on disconnected monitoring systems, isolated simulations, dashboards, OEM tools, and engineering applications operating independently across facilities.

Simulytica was developed as one coordinated operational system capable of continuously representing plant behaviour, machinery interaction, thermodynamics, simulation, monitoring, and wider operational response across complex industrial facilities, making digital twins viable.
